Fish Eagle

At the other end of the pool where the impala drank from, some Maribou Storks were gorging themselves
Catfish had become stranded in a relatively small space and were easy pickings
This magnificent Fish Eagle was also hoping for a meal courtesey of the storks but had virtually no chance




It was also essential to keep an eye on us ...




Every few minutes a change of position was required
It made no difference to the Maribou who just carried on regardless




The eagle waited patiently but in vain
